Abu Dhabi Office

The Abu Dhabi office was established in 1968 and has played an integral part in the development of the capital, Al Ain, and its environs.

Currently, the office employs cost consultants, contract administrators, engineers, and project managers on a variety of projects. We continue to receive repeat commissions from Abu Dhabi’s leading developers, international construction consultants, government agencies, oil companies, and banks.

The core services provided are those associated with the Construction Cost Consultancy profession, for general construction projects but also civil engineering projects, in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi environs, and offshore islands. Other services include project management, client representation, arbitration, claims, and audit services.

Dubai Office

General Manager: Martin Horgan

The Dubai office was established in 1967 and was the first Chartered Quantity Surveying firm to be established in Dubai. The Office serves projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates. We continue to be involved in many of Dubai’s landmark projects and work regularly with the Government and their agencies as well as leading developers and consultants.
