It includes 4 luxurious Five-stars hotels with more than 1,000 guest rooms, mixed-use buildings (comprising 437 retail shops & 63 offices), 63 villas, 92 townhouses, 611 residential apartments, a conference center (capacity of 2,000 guests, and a built-up area of 8,356 m2), staff accommodation, world-class themed water park, sports area, old souk (with a built-up area of 26,000m2), beach club with an open-air amphitheater (seating capacity of 800 people), infrastructure, marina, and other facilities.

DG Jones and Partners is the cost consultant on this project, providing cost and quality reporting to the client and actively managing risks and proactively resolving issues. DG Jones is assisting the Client in taking major decisions through active collaboration with all related parties by initiating several value engineering ideas leading to considerable savings while preserving the project's quality standards and design intent. Furthermore, DG Jones is collaborating with the Employer in running the project successfully by consistently reporting the facts through cost reports, maintaining the Project on the right track serving the Employer’s business model.
