The project comprises two main structures: the Novotel and the Adagio. The Novotel is a hotel with 211 keys, spread across 18 floors, designed to cater to business and leisure travelers seeking luxury and convenience. The Adagio complements this with a slightly more intimate setting, offering 110 apartment-style hotel keys distributed over 12 floors, aimed at those looking for longer-term accommodations with the comforts of home.

Both buildings are enhanced with two basement floors dedicated to parking and technical operations, ensuring a seamless and functional infrastructure. These floors also include essential services such as staff facilities, contributing to a well-rounded work environment for all employees.

Public spaces within the buildings are designed with elegance, serving as welcoming areas for guests and visitors alike. An industrial kitchen supports a high-end restaurant located on the 11th floor of the Novotel, providing patrons with exquisite dining experiences against the backdrop of the city skyline. 

Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and terrace, offering relaxation and recreational space. The project also embraces environmental sustainability with a green roof and a vertical forest at the Adagio, which not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to the ecological footprint of the development.

Situated on a land plot of 3,500 square meters, the total built-up area of the project is around 33,000 square meters. DGJones is providing critical Project and Cost Management Services to this iconic project in Abidjan, playing a central role in steering the project towards successful completion and operational handover to the hotel operator.
