The project consists of 2 buildings, the Novotel a 211 key hotel composed of 18 floors and the Adagio a 110 key apartment hotel of 12 floors with 2 basement floors as parking and technical areas, shared staff facilities, noble/public areas, industrial kitchen, a restaurant at the 11th floor of the Novotel, outdoor swimming pool and terrace, green roof and a vertical forest at the Adagio internal elevation. The project is constructed on a land plot of 3 500 m2 and has a total built up area of around 33 000 m2. DGJ are providing Project and Cost Management Services on this iconic project in Abidjan. Our role is central to the Client to direct the project construction process towards achieving completion and successful handing over of the constructed facility to the Hotel operator. Continuous Cost Monitoring and Control ensures that unjustified extra costs or charges are cut down and that executed works are valued and paid for in accordance with the Contract
