Located between New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, City Gate is a self-sustaining city with an integrated mixed-use community. Covering an area of 8,500,000m2, this development will include 24,500 residential units, including villas and apartments of various sizes, that overlook an 18-hole golf course, green spaces, and parks. The project also features a variety of luxurious amenities including community centers, schools, international hotels, a sports club, a 720,000m2 business park, a medical complex and 300,000m2 of entertainment and retail space. DG Jones and Partners is providing a full cost management consultancy service for both Pre-contract and Post Contract stages of this project.
