Reflecting on business philosophy and future aspirations, Chairman Psaroulla emphasized the company's unwavering dedication to providing clients with cost-effective solutions through exceptional service. "Our founder, Donald G. Jones, envisioned assembling a team of professionals across a network of local offices to offer clients the best possible advice," he explained. This client-centric approach has been the cornerstone of DG Jones' success for over six decades.
The interview also touched on the firm’s diverse portfolio and global reach. DG Jones & Partners boasts a diverse portfolio of projects spanning sectors and continents. Speaking about the company’s strategic decision to relocate its headquarters to Cyprus, Psaroulla explained, "Cyprus offered attractive tax incentives and served as a gateway to the European Union and broader European market." This move has allowed the company to expand its operations in Europe and acquire additional businesses in the UK and Cyprus. "Cyprus now serves as our central hub for further expansion into Europe and Africa," Psaroulla added.
To stay ahead of the competition, DG Jones & Partners has also placed a strong emphasis on innovation and technology. "We have established an academy offering innovation training programs and various initiatives for skill enhancement," said Psaroulla. The company recognizes the importance of advancements like building information modeling (BIM) and encourages its adoption from the early stages of projects. "BIM must be integrated from the project's outset; it cannot be introduced midway," Psaroulla emphasized.
