This strategic acquisition marks a major milestone in the company's growth trajectory. Now operating under the new name DG Jones Glovers, the combined entity boasts a dedicated team of over 600 employees and an expanded reach across 18 countries.

As DG Jones & Partners embarks on this exciting new chapter, the company extends its heartfelt gratitude to David Baldwin and Brian Mason, the retiring directors of Glovers Project Services. To provide continuity and commitment to our clients and support through this transition, David and Brian will remain in the company as consultants, working with DG Jones board directors Spiro Psaroulla and Elie S. Kfouri. 

To further enhance the seamless transition for existing clients and projects, DG Jones Glovers will continue under Lee O’Neill’s experienced guidance. O’Neill’s leadership will only be strengthened by the robust support and extensive resources available within the DG Jones & Partners network.

To further facilitate a smooth integration into the DG Jones group of companies, Matt Hollingworth — an experienced Board Director at DG Jones & Partners with over 17 years with the Company — has relocated to the UK. His expertise will be invaluable as DG Jones Glovers leverages the collective strengths of both entities, enhancing service offerings and expanding their global footprint.
