GRE- COST ESTIMATOR /CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Description

As a Civil Engineer specializing in Cost Estimation, you will play a critical role in our consultancy firm by leveraging your technical expertise to evaluate project requirements and perform detailed cost analyses.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to transition from the demands of on-site engineering to the strategic domain of consultancy. Your analytical skills and insights will drive project success from initial planning through completion, ensuring financial viability and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate Preparation: Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, subcontractor/supplier quotes, and related project documents.
  • RFP and RFQ Evaluation: Assist in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Labour Cost Calculation: Calculate labor costs by leveraging labor metrics and historical data to ensure precision in estimates.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary costing information and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Supplier Engagement: Obtain quotes from external suppliers for custom materials or services, ensuring all project needs are met efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4+ years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with REVIT/AutoCAD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • The candidate should be registered with ETEK.

GRE-ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize communication
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience working with executives or in a dynamic business environment

  • Multilingual is a plus
