In this extensive and multifaceted project, DG Jones and Partners play a crucial role in collaboration with the Interior Designer. They are tasked with providing detailed Cost Estimation Services that cover various aspects of the project, including Interior Design, Furnishings, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), Art Articles, and Signage. Their involvement extends beyond estimation to encompass robust Cost Management and Planning/Cost Control services throughout the critical stages of concept, schematic, and detailed design. This comprehensive approach ensures meticulous financial oversight and strategic planning, essential for the successful realization of the resort's luxurious design and functional aspirations.
