The development consists of 4 towers: two front towers with 50 levels with a built-up area of approximately 264,000 m2 each and two rear towers with 70 levels with a built-up area of approximately 336,000 m2 - to be Qatar’s tallest towers. Each tower is built on an individual plot (Plot1: BP12A, Plot2: BP12B, Plot3: BP12C, and Plot4: BP12D), surrounding a Central Plaza. The towers are on the inner corner of each plot, overlooking the Central Plaza, which is in turn surrounded by a number of low-level Podium Buildings positioned to create a series of interconnected public spaces and activity areas. The total project area is approximately 1,065,109m² and the total GFA is approximately 570,000m2.
