The project is a luxurious mixed-used development, including retail and office spaces, with associated parking and external works, while offering the best in shopping and entertainment facilities. The Eastown commercial and administrative offices project consists of two buildings, forming a unified space for walking, shopping, and working. It consists of 90,000m2 of prime commercial and retail space. In addition, the retail complex comprising of 22,250 m2 of total built-up area will feature restaurants, entertainment concepts and fashion brands, just along a vibrant promenade with access to a beautiful 13,631m2 park which includes an amphitheater, water features and workout hub. As for the office complex, comprising of a 63,000m2 built-up area, formed of sustainably designed 4-storey buildings. These distinctive buildings overlook a central piazza connecting to the main spine of the retail hub. DG Jones and Partners provided the cost management consultancy at the pre-contract stage of the commercial and administrative offices project.
