Underground Parking: Built-up area around 20,000m2. The project consists of 5 underground basements to accommodate 600 cars.
Library and Central Administration Building: Built-up area around 8,000m2. The project comprises Library, study areas, lounges, archives, cafeteria, and offices. Medical and Nursing School: Built-up area around 12,500m2. The project comprises classrooms, labs, and offices and it consists of a basement, Mezzanine, ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor, fourth floor, and roof. Infrastructure and Plants: The project includes central cooling and heating plants, a water treatment plant, a Power plant, Sewage treatment plant. Engineering Labs and Workshops: Built-up area around 15,000m2. The project comprises civil engineering labs facilities, electrical and computer engineering labs facilities, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering labs facilities, and workshops.
