Bahrain City Centre is a 200,000m2 mixed-use development featuring a shopping mall with leisure and entertainment facilities: 340 shops of different sizes, a Carrefour hypermarket, 60 dining outlets, 20 screens Cineco cinema (8,000m2), a private multi-story car park, Wahoo! The waterpark is a 15,000m2 climate-controlled indoor/outdoor water park, a trampoline park, and Yalla! Bowling Lanes & Lounge with 12 lanes. The development also includes 2 five-star hotels (total of 550 rooms), with related leisure and dining facilities.
DG Jones and Partners provided a full post-contract cost consultancy service, including contractual advice during the construction phase of the project which included the mall with its amenities, the water part, and the 2 hotels (shell-and-core).
