This project represents a dynamic mixed-use development, primarily focused on residential spaces but also incorporating retail components and a Promenade, situated in the vibrant Marina Dbayeh area within the Metn district. It features an extensive array of 48 retail shops and restaurants, thoughtfully distributed across seven buildings labeled M1 through M7. In addition to these commercial spaces, the project is designed to enhance visitor convenience with the inclusion of public restrooms that cater to the needs of those frequenting the promenade, shops, and dining establishments. Furthermore, a dedicated parking area located in the SP2 plot is provided to accommodate the vehicles of shoppers and retail patrons, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

The retail segment of this development is characterized by its focus on electromechanical installations, specifically tailored to the requirements of the shops and restaurants. This includes the supply and installation of Direct Expansion (DX) systems, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) units, fans, kitchen hoods, and ecology units, all of which are essential for creating a comfortable and safe shopping and dining environment. Additionally, the project incorporates a polyurethane liquid-applied waterproofing membrane on the technical floor, ensuring durability and protection against water damage.

D.G. Jones has played a pivotal role in the success of this project, offering comprehensive Quantity Surveying (QS) services both before and after the contract was awarded, as well as managing contract administration duties. A significant achievement during the project's execution phase was the implementation of an effective change management system by the DGJ team. This system efficiently consolidated all variations to the project, enabling the team to issue detailed monthly progress and cost reports. These reports included a risk register, providing valuable insights and recommendations on risk mitigation strategies. Through these efforts, D.G. Jones has contributed significantly to the smooth progression and management of the project, ensuring that it adheres to its planned scope, budget, and timeline.
