The project is mixed-use, mainly residential, with retail areas and a Promenade, located in Marina Dbayeh, Metn area, comprising 48 retail shops and restaurants distributed in buildings M1, M2, M3, M4 M5, M6 & M7. The project also includes public toilets which will be serving the promenade area, shops and restaurants, and parking in the SP2 plot to serve the shops and retails.

The works in the retail are mainly electromechanical and restricted to the supply and installation of DX, VRV units, Fans, kitchen hoods, and ecology units. The works also include a polyurethane liquid applied to the waterproofing membrane on the technical floor.

D.G.Jones handled the pre and post Contract QS services in addition to Contract Administration services for the project. During execution, the DGJ team was able to implement a change management system that combined all the variations; and issued monthly progress Cost reports with the risk register including advice on how to mitigate the risks.
