The historical Ex Marie-Feuillet Hospital along with Moulay Slimane and the Moulay Abdelaziz Palace have been selected for an ambitious redevelopment project, transitioning these notable landmarks into a luxurious resort. The Moulay Abdelaziz Palace, initially established as Dar El Bahr, served as a secluded getaway for Sultan Moulay Slimane and was later adapted to become the Summer Palace under Sultan Moulay Abdelaziz. This entire locale is recognized as a World Heritage Site and is currently undergoing a significant transformation to emerge as a 5-star Four Seasons Hotel, featuring 205 rooms and sprawling over a total built area of 74,800 square meters.
Throughout the evolution of this project, DG Jones and Partners have been closely involved with the Client during the critical post-contract phase, providing comprehensive Audit/Project Status Assessment Services. These services cover a wide spectrum of areas including management, cost analysis, and project planning. Additionally, they have been instrumental in offering post-contract cost consultancy services to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
Since May 2023, DG Jones and Partners have elevated their role, taking on responsibilities as the Client Representative. In this capacity, they are dedicated to providing ongoing Project Management Monitoring, alongside meticulous Planning and Cost Consultancy Services, ensuring that the redevelopment maintains its course according to the highest standards of excellence and precision.
