Situated in the esteemed 5th Circle area, the Ritz-Carlton – Amman Hotel and Residences stand as a pair of magnificent towers, collectively encompassing a vast built-up space of nearly 108,000 square meters, positioned strategically in the bustling heart of Amman, the capital city. This ambitious project is divided into two main sections, each tailored to offer a distinct and unparalleled experience to both leisure-seeking and business-oriented visitors.

The first section of the project is the Ritz Carlton Hotel, a towering structure spanning 19 floors with a total built-up area of approximately 29,000 square meters and reaching a height of about 74 meters. This section of the development boasts around 228 accommodation units, which include 194 elegantly designed rooms and 34 luxurious suites. The hotel is replete with top-tier amenities to ensure a comfortable and lavish stay for its guests. These include a grand banquet hall covering 1,000 square meters, a variety of gourmet restaurants, a full-service spa, a hair salon, beautifully landscaped external gardens, state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities, swimming pools, a fitness center, a sophisticated boardroom, and an exclusive Club Lounge.

The second key component of this development is the branded Ritz Carlton Residences. This portion consists of a 20-floor building, matching the hotel in height at approximately 74 meters, and encompasses a built-up area of about 36,000 square meters. It features 90 opulent apartments, each equipped with a range of high-end amenities and access to recreational facilities, offering residents a life of luxury and comfort.

Additionally, the project includes four basement levels, which collectively provide around 43,000 square meters of additional built-up space. These levels are dedicated to essential services, ample parking spaces, and Back of House (BoH) areas.
