Rami Sawaya Project Management DG Jones and Partners Bahrain
DG Jones and Partners - FM Department was awarded the first Service Management Contract in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The project consisted of providing Facilities Management Consultancy and Service Management for the Mall of Dilmunia. The contract started in September 2018 and the target end date is June 2020.
The Mall of Dilmunia is a unique mall concept located in the heart of Dilmunia Island, within the Muharraq Governorate. The Mall of Dilmunia is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain and its total built-up area is 125,000m2.
It is worth mentioning that the Facilities Management Department is coordinating with DG Jones and Partners – Bahrain Office which is currently offering Project Management Services for the mall.
