In the heart of Manama, Harbour Row is situated at the Bahrain Financial Harbour within close proximity to the city. It is a mixed-use development, combining the best of business and leisure, with a modern design and the highest standards of finishes and fixtures. The Harbour Row provides world-class residences and managed properties while providing an urban lifestyle with access to magnificent walks along a quayside on the waterfront promenade that includes sidewalk cafés, international restaurants and up-market eateries. 

The development comprises six (6) buildings, with a common podium and a total build-up area of 100,000m², that is split between the West and East side. Four (4) of the buildings (seven floors each) are residential consisting of 322 apartments of varying sizes:  Studios (48 – 51 m²), Royal Studios (67 – 76 m²), 1-bedroom apartments (78 – 96 m²), 2-bedroom apartments (130 – 156 m²), 3-bedroom apartments (196 – 197 m²) and Penthouses (200 – 235 m²). The two (2) other buildings are set to house a five-star hotel and 150 hotel apartments. The Harbour Row offers exquisite amenities, including a community centre, swimming pool, gym, and kids area.

DG Jones and Partners were appointed as the cost consultant providing quantity surveying (QS), Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and value engineering services at the detailed design level of the pre-contract stage. Thereafter, at the post-contract stage, DG Jones and Partners was assigned cost consultancy services providing quantity surveying (QS) and project management (PM) services.
