Qatar Education City

Located in Al Rayyan, the Qatar Education City is developed by the Qatar Foundation, offering multiple educational and research institutes to more than 8,000 students from over 50 countries, including satellite campuses of 8 international universities and 13 pre-university education networks.

Over the past 20 years, Qatar Education City has grown from a single school to a multi-university campus covering 12 km2. It has transformed itself into a comprehensive community with shared amenities and services of cutting-edge facilities including housing and hotel, commercial, social, and cultural facilities, such as universities, science, and technology park, convention center, start-up incubators, a teaching hospital, an equestrian center, various sports facilities, and all other major infrastructure. In addition, the Qatar Education City hosts a 33-hole Golf Course called Education City Golf Club, Qatar National Library, and Oxygen Park.

The iconic designs of the buildings in Qatar Education City have been designed by internationally renowned architects like Arata Isozaki, Rem Koolhaas, Antoine Predock, and architectural firms Legorreta + Legorreta and Mangera Yvars Architects, serving as an inspirational space for our community
