Design Management involves strategically integrating design thinking and practices within an organization to effectively achieve business objectives. It begins by aiding clients in selecting the most suitable design consultants through a transparent tender process and tailored scope of work for each project, aligning with the clients' requirements.
This methodology ensures the appointment of the right consultants with clearly defined roles and responsibilities from the start. Keeping a focus on the client’s objectives and budgets, we establish design briefs and processes to set and meet project KPIs and targets.
Participants in this workshop will delve into strategic design management, covering consultant selection, project completion, and aligning design objectives with client needs and budgets. They will acquire essential skills such as stakeholder management, RFP preparation, and contract negotiations, emerging with confidence and finesse.
