New Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center - BIECC

Spanning 309,000 square meters in Sakhir, right next to the Bahrain International Circuit, the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC) stands as the premier and most expansive venue for exhibitions and conventions in Bahrain. This state-of-the-art facility boasts a vast, column-free space for exhibits and meetings, set within a purpose-built environment. Designed for utmost flexibility, the BIECC can host multiple events concurrently, each with its own distinct entrance and dedicated space, making it perfect for a wide range of gatherings including conventions, gala dinners, exhibitions, product launches, concerts, large-scale weddings, family events, and other special occasions.

The newly developed BIECC covers a built-up area of 149,000 square meters and features 10 exhibition halls. These halls provide a combined column-free space of 95,000 square meters, fully equipped with all essential services, and include areas designated for retail and event-related activities such as meeting rooms, Majlis, and offices for organizers.

Key features of the facility include a Grand Hall equipped with a comprehensive infrastructure that boasts:

- A tiered auditorium capable of seating from 400 to 4,000 people in a theatre-style arrangement, with fully retractable seats.
- A variety of spaces, ranging from 500 square meters to 4,000 square meters, equipped with a top-tier flexible operable wall system.
- Two Registration or Ticket Counters and a Cloakroom.
- Dedicated Offices for Organizers.
- A 250-seat Restaurant.
- Twenty-two translation booths and two technical booths.
- Two VIP Dressing Rooms, two Chorus Dressing Rooms, and four Standby Rooms for special events.

Adjacent to the Grand Hall, the BIECC houses 20 meeting rooms with seating capacities ranging from 25 to 200 in a theatre-style setup. Additionally, the Exhibition Concourse contains 60 meeting rooms, and the Exhibition Mezzanine Level features 15 boardrooms. A VIP Majlis with spacious foyers and a separate entrance is also part of the facility, alongside 9 Majlis rooms supporting the halls.

To accommodate visitors, the new BIECC includes parking facilities with a capacity for up to 1,600 vehicles.
