This 5-year contract for the provision of DGJ's services as the PMO/PMC in King Abdulaziz International Airport City Project. With a built-up area of 1,500,000 sqm and its proximity to the heart of Jeddah, this major development covers a 678,000 sqm plot with direct connections to a network of trains and highways.
The vision of KAIA City Project is to create unique tourism and business opportunities while providing a dynamic lifestyle and family entertainment hub in Jeddah. DGJ's role is to provide administrative and management services, facilitating effective coordination between the key stakeholders, client, and developer, while also assessing the project phasing, scale, and schedule. The scope of work ranges from facilitating permit acquisition, defining each party's responsibilities, reviewing the design from the owner's perspective, and monitoring construction to ensure quality, efficiency, and the highest standard of practice.
