Located in the north-western part of Pearl Island, Gewan Island (previously known as Al Mourjan Island) is the biggest real estate project site in Qatar with a total gross area of approximately 400,000 m2. Designated as a luxurious mixed-use project, the island features residential units, entertainment facilities, retail outlets, restaurants, and cafes within a vibrant, modern and integrated community.
