Olayan School of Business
Located in Ras Beirut, the American University of Beirut - AUB's main campus has a total of 64 buildings over an area of 246,459 square meters. It includes athletic fields, a private beach, seven dormitories, the AUB Medical Center, the Charles W. Hostler Student Center, five libraries, computer labs, an Archaeological Museum, Natural History Museum, and one of Lebanon's few geological collections.
DG Jones and Partners provided cost consultancy and project management services for the development of the Olayan School of Business within the campus. It consists of an L-shaped four-story building with a triangular open courtyard with a total built-up area of 18,500 m². The Olayan School of Business includes undergraduate and graduate educational facilities, offices, auditorium, cafe, and terrace, as well as student facilities, mailboxes, and related social programs.
