Dilmunia Health Island

Situated in the heart of the Arabian Gulf, the Dilmunia Health Island is a resort-style health island, located on the Northeast coast of Bahrain and in close proximity to the Bahrain International Airport. Focused on holistic well-being, it includes world-class health facilities, luxury hotels and spas, lifestyle attractions, environmental interaction, and residential luxury. 

The Dilmunia Health Island is an exquisitely designed development balancing business locations with residential and leisure spaces spread over a total reclaimed area of 125 hectares and a total gross floor area of approximately 1,800,000m2, divided between Residential & Mixed (60%), Office (4%), Retail (10%), Hotel (9%) and Wellness (17%).

The island is divided into different clusters. The inner core of the island contains the central medical facilities while in its south, the mixed-use commercial and residential units are located. The hotel cluster is located at the northeast shore, while the south-eastern parts include the mixed-use low-rise residences and apartments, with small boutiques and café facilities. It also includes new touristic attractions: waterfalls, innovative water jets, and dancing multi-media fountains (seawater-operated fountains will create a spectacular light and sound show of the Dilmunia Fountain). The infrastructure works consist of a man-made river/canal, roads, services, and bridges.
