Located on the most magnificent stretches of Dilmunia (a reclaimed island on the coast of Muharraq, Bahrain), Canal View is a mixed-use development comprising mainly residential and retail facilities, covering an area of around 13,000m2 and a total built-up area is 65,000m².

Next to a widespread canal promenade, the residential facilities at Canal View offer modern options, suitable for individuals and families, with units varying from studios to 4-bedroom apartments. The luxurious residences are set in beautifully landscaped gardens with access to an exclusive private club, including a range of sporting and entertainment facilities, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, gym facilities, a multisport court, and club/ lounge facilities.
The Canal View also offers rooftop garden shaded space, kitchen barbeque facilities, and 17 unique apartments with private garden space.

Retail facilities with Food & Beverage outlets are spread along the spectacular 1.6Km canal promenade, which includes dual pedestrian access. Canal View also features a breathtaking public park across the canal’s footbridge, with distinctive water features such as the waterfall footpath and fountain system.
The development consists of a Podium with a footprint of approximately 11,500m² up to a level of approximately +7m (3 floors), and 4 Residential blocks on top of it, extending up to a level of +35m (7 floors).
