Al Mamoura Building
The project comprises two state-of-the-art office buildings and a separate 7-story carpark building, with a total built-up area of 68,000 m2, located in Al Muroor only 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Al Mamoura project is the first model for the new Grade A international standard buildings designed to serve the UAE’s world-class corporate tenants.
The project includes an auditorium, restaurants, a multistorey parking lot, a separate visitor parking, and other amenities. It houses the offices of H.H Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as well as Mubadala, and Tawazun, two of the largest government entities in Abu Dhabi.
