The Integrated Logistics Bonded Zone (ILBZ) is strategically located in the North of Riyadh, close to King Khalid International Airport. It enjoys global and regional connectivity via its proximity to the airport and the Landbridge railway as well as the metro network and the ring road system.
Developed on a site of 3.0 million square meters, the project consists of 1.5 million square meters of advanced assembly facilities and Class A warehouses equipped with the latest logistics technologies.
The development is driven by the 2030 growth vision for the Kingdom and it grants them three fundamental principle:

The ILBZ is fully integrated within the expansion plan of an eco-system consisting of:

1.3 Our Mandate
The Mega-Projects Department headed by Dr. Shadi Alfar started working on this project back in December 2018. At that time, our scope was Market Research & Assessment/Feasibility Study, Masterplan, Infrastructure concept design and Logistics business processes. This scope, pertaining to Plot B (3 million sqm), was concluded successfully, and submitted on time to the Client in July 2019.
In 2020, the Client approached us with a request for a similar yet advanced mandate/scope, this time on a different plot (Plot A: 3 million sqm). We embarked on this new scope beginning of August 2020 and submitted all deliverables successfully and on time at the end of December 2020.
During the process, we were able to secure a new mandate which extends beyond all the scopes mentioned above. The new mandate comprises of PMO/PMC along with Construction Site Supervision. The Services commenced in mid of October 2020 and shall go until December 2021 renewable annually. We envision a minimum of 3-year mandate with big potential for more.
The challenges are ample to ensure utmost efficiency and performance. The responsibilities are tremendous and the least we can say is that the Client and Project are extremely demanding. We worked hard to hand-pick an A-team which we believe we have achieved after a lengthy and tough recruitment process. Needless to say that we are running such a magnitude and one of its kind operation with a thin yet efficient staff.
We are optimistic that we will over-deliver on this mandate and secure renewals for years to come.
