DGJ & Partners are proud to have worked with the Government of Sharjah, Directorate of Town Planning and Survey on the Al Suhub Rest House Project, providing both Project Management and Cost Consultancy services.
Al Suhub Rest House, a saucer-shaped building is located in the Khor Fakkan mountains, 580m above sea level, and offers stunning views of the city. The project covers 12,000 m2 and includes a fine dining restaurant alongside family amenities, such as a lawn play area and a children's playground. The project also involved the development of a car park and a specially constructed 5.63km stretch of road that serves as incredible vistas - and plenty of frames for the feed.
The project was commissioned at the request of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, who directed the establishment of the Al Suhub Rest House during the Direct Line program on Sharjah TV and Radio last year.
