Planning theory

Course Description

An introductory course that assists attendees in learning the elements of a programme and activities including, how to construct a programme, relationships and floats, resources and cashflows, programme consent and updates, earned value management, and delays and delay analysis. 

The course is interactive between the instructor and attendees and is based on presentations provided in a classroom training. It will be predominantly focused on theory as being an essential pre-requisite for future practical courses.
